Dont believe the fake pictures. Opposite!! Hallways no air-conditionEverything is dirty and outdated. No breakfast!!! ALL!!! Nothing was credible!!! To be honest I think this hotel is ran by section 8. Or some type of government entity. It shows. Manager has no people skills and could care less of an issue you bring. Don't even apologize. Just attitude!!!!

When I arrived at the hotel they claimed they didn't have my reservation. I ended up going somewhere else. The following business day when I checked my account I had been charged by booking.com as well as the hotel I didn't stay at! I am in the process of disputing this and would like to speak with someone directly instead of these rating emails!!

The air conditioner was not working the entire night in my kids' room. They didnt know they had the right to switch to another room. We complained to the receptionist for a discount/refund, but the answer was NO. The room # is 314. Dont stay .
